We are a team of investors providing quality landlord services to students at the University of Dayton. Students looking for a quality rental unit should consider our properties. My husband and I are UD grads as is one of our sons.  Our business partners are a military family with current college students.  We understand that students don't have time to deal with lousy internet and repair issues. Together with our business partners, we will ensure your home is well kept and repairs are made quickly.  

Whether you are searching for a summer place to stay, just the school year or a full year, give me a call. We prefer that you to have your own group of friends to move in with but at times we have just a room or two open. We understand that co-op opportunities come up and we try our best to work out a solution that works for everyone.
